MGKS, now Nydia Retirement Solutions, was founded by Steve Matthews, Alan Gold, Sharon Kennedy, and Russ Snow to build a retirement plan consulting firm; the firm’s name was derived from the founding partners’ initials and later rebranded as Nydia in 2025.
