Cló Iar-Chonnacht was established in 1985 and since then, has published over 300 music albums and nearly 500 books.

Cló Iar-Chonnacht is an Irish-language publisher established in 1985 in An Spidéal, Conamara, and (as of the company’s site) the largest private Irish-language publisher employing five people full-time. It publishes books and music focused on Irish language culture and the Gaeltacht.
