The Malta Tourism Authority is the main regulator and motivator for the tourism industry in Malta.

The Malta Tourism Authority (Visit Malta) is set up under the Malta Travel and Tourism Service Act (1999) and promotes and regulates the tourism industry in Malta through marketing, licensing, coordination, and regulatory responsibilities.
