The AT&T Performing Arts Center is a non-profit organization located in the Dallas Arts District of Texas. Opened in 2009, it serves as a cultural hub, providing exceptional performance spaces for artists and the community. The center features three main venues: the Winspear Opera House for opera, the Wyly Theatre for theatrical productions, and Strauss Square, an outdoor performance space within the 10-acre Sammons Park. Home to five resident companies, including The Dallas Opera and Dallas Theater Center, the center hosts a variety of performances, including live theater, ballet, and dance. It also offers arts education programs and community engagement initiatives, reaching thousands of students each year. The center plays a significant role in the local economy, contributing to real estate development and attracting a large audience, with over 311,000 attendees in recent years.
