The Space Operations Company

United Space Alliance, LLC (USA) was formed in 1996 as a joint venture equally owned by The Boeing Company and Lockheed Martin Corporation, and it served as NASA's primary industry partner in human space operations for day-to-day management of the Space Shuttle fleet. Effective December 20, 2019, United Space Alliance, LLC was dissolved and is no longer an operating entity.
