The Mid-Atlantic Region Small Business Transportation Resource Center (MA SBTRC), operated by The Enterprise Center of Philadelphia, serves the small business contracting community in Pennsylvania, Maryland, District of Columbia, Delaware, Ohio, Virginia, West Virginia. The goal is to increase small businesses’ ability to compete for and enter transportation-related contracts at local, state, and federal levels through procurement, technical, financial, and bonding assistance.
Southeast SBTRC provides free business counseling and technical assistance to small disadvantaged transportation businesses to help them compete for DOT procurement opportunities.
