Talkiatry

Talkiatry is a national mental health organization that provides virtual psychiatric care, connecting patients with licensed psychiatrists for evaluations, treatment plans, medication management, and therapy referrals. Founded by a patient and a triple-board-certified psychiatrist, Talkiatry aims to improve access to mental health care through technology and patient-centered practices. The organization has completed over 2 million patient visits and successfully matched more than 175,000 patients with over 600 expert psychiatrists. Talkiatry accepts a wide range of insurance plans and offers flexible scheduling for its services. Initial visits last 60 minutes for comprehensive evaluations, while follow-up appointments typically last 30 minutes. The practice addresses various mental health conditions, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD, and substance use disorders, among others. If necessary, psychiatrists can refer patients to therapists within the Talkiatry network.
