The Pleiades partner program is designed for sales and ecosystem partners that refer qualifying leads who convert to closed-won and generate revenue (“MRC”). Partners can earn tiered commissions on MRC (with rates increasing at higher tiers) plus a one-time SPIFF payment after the 12-month mark (paid in month 13). Higher tiers are invitation-only and come with stricter eligibility based on ARR, along with the ability to earn a share of sub-partners’ commissions in some governance/managerial structures.
