Aeroméxico, officially known as Aerovías de México SA de CV, is Mexico's flag carrier airline, established on September 14, 1934. The airline is headquartered in Cuauhtémoc, Mexico, and operates as part of Grupo Aeroméxico, which includes its regional subsidiary, Aeromexico Connect. Aeroméxico is a founding member of the SkyTeam alliance and is listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange under the ticker AEROMEX. The airline serves 48 domestic destinations and 44 international destinations across 21 countries, including North and South America, the Caribbean, Europe, and Asia. Aeroméxico operates a fleet of 122 aircraft, including modern Boeing 737-700s, and is recognized for its operational excellence, being noted as the world's most punctual airline. The airline focuses on scheduled passenger flights, cargo transport, and offers loyalty programs to enhance customer experience.

Southern is one of the largest utilities in the US. The company serves 9 million customers with vertically integrated electric utilities in three states and natural gas distribution utilities in four states. It owns 50 gigawatts of rate-regulated generating capacity, primarily for serving customers in Georgia, Alabama, and Mississippi. Subsidiary Southern Power owns 13 gigawatts of natural gas generation and renewable energy across the U.S. and sells the electricity primarily under long-term contracts.
