ServiceTitan is a cloud-based software platform designed for home and commercial services contractors, including those in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pest control, and landscaping. Founded in 2007 by Ara Mahdessian and Vahe Kuzoyan, the company aims to modernize the trades industry by providing comprehensive business management solutions. The platform offers an all-in-one software suite that includes tools for scheduling and dispatching, customer relationship management, marketing automation, accounting, invoicing, payroll management, and analytics. ServiceTitan serves over 11,800 trade customers and supports more than 100,000 technicians. Headquartered in Glendale, California, the company went public in December 2024 and is on track for significant growth, with annual recurring revenue expected to exceed $1 billion in 2025.
