With the Custom tier, your payout percentage is determined retroactively based on client count and/or ARR thresholds, with a potential Year 2 payout equal to 50% of the Year 1 payout rate (up to 2 years).

At the highest standard tier, partners earn 20% of qualified referral MCV for 12 months once the referred customer pays.

Earn a percentage of each qualified referral’s monthly contract value (MCV) for 12 months after the referred customer makes a payment.

The custom track can apply retroactive tier rates based on the number of clients and/or ARR thresholds, with an additional Year 2 payout mechanic tied to the Year 1 rate (payable up to 2 years).

Your payout rate increases by partner tier, starting at 5% and reaching up to 20% of qualified MCV for the 12-month commission window.

Some top-tier benefits pay the revenue share with a delay (e.g., 10 days) rather than immediately after qualification/payment.

As you move up the partner tiers, your MCV revenue share increases (e.g., 5% up to 20% for qualifying referrals, paid for 12 months).

Some custom arrangements include delayed commission timing (e.g., a payout delay of 15 days) after the referral payment trigger.

For Custom, larger batches of qualifying clients (e.g., 6–10 or 11+) or ARR thresholds can raise the commission rate (10%/15%/20%) based on performance at the time of payout.
