Sass Cafe

Sass’ Café is a family-owned restaurant and nightlife venue located in Monaco, established in 1993 by Salvador “Sassa” Treves and his wife Yolande. Their son Samy Treves joined the business in 1997. The café is known for its fine dining, drinks, live music, and dancing, all set in a luxurious atmosphere. It has become a popular destination for locals, royalty, and international visitors, generating around $4 million in revenue with a focus on creating memorable experiences. The flagship location on Princess Grace Avenue features indoor seating, a harbor-view terrace, and a private lounge for events. Sass’ Café has expanded internationally with seasonal pop-ups in AlUla, Saudi Arabia, and a restaurant in Bucharest, Romania, as well as a branch in Portugal's Algarve region. The menu offers Mediterranean and Italian-inspired dishes, complemented by a selection of wines and crafted cocktails. Live music and DJs create a vibrant nightlife experience, making it a trendy spot for celebrations and gatherings.
