Pandora

Pandora is a Danish jewelry company founded in 1982 by Per Enevoldsen and his wife Winnie in Copenhagen. Originally a small jeweler's shop, it has evolved into a global leader in personalized jewelry, with a presence in over 100 countries and more than 6,700 points of sale, including around 2,600 concept stores. The company employs over 33,000 people and became publicly listed on the NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen stock exchange in 2010. Pandora specializes in customizable, modular jewelry made from materials like sterling silver, 14K gold, and Murano glass. Its signature charm bracelets, launched in 2000, allow customers to personalize their jewelry with bead-like charms. The product range includes rings, necklaces, earrings, and lockets, along with specialized lines and collaborations, such as a partnership with The Walt Disney Company. Products are sold through third-party retailers, Pandora-owned concept stores, and a franchising model.
