The Salvation Army USA Central Territory is a division of The Salvation Army, serving 11 Midwestern states from its headquarters in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. Established in 1885, it is part of a global organization founded to address poverty through grassroots efforts. The Central Territory oversees numerous local divisions and operates over 2,300 centers, including churches, social service centers, and rehabilitation facilities, assisting around 25 million people annually. The mission of the organization is to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ and meet human needs without discrimination. It provides a range of services, including worship, social services, and emergency aid, tailored to the specific needs of local communities. The Salvation Army emphasizes equality and dignity, operating as a volunteer-driven organization that encourages community involvement through donations and volunteer opportunities.

Bloom is family-centered organization that protects, supports and empowers foster children and the families who care for them. Our vision is transform foster care in the state of Georgia by connecting the community to evidence-based, outcome-driven programs that support and strengthen the lives of vulnerable children and their families. Bloom concentrates on two foster care services--a community-based foster parent program and The Bloom Closet. Bloom currently serves 1,500 foster children from sixty Georgia counties with a high concentration of clients residing in areas south of metro Atlanta.
