Family Christian Health Center

FCHC provides quality, affordable, and dependable health care to all - regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. We offer primary/family care, pediatric care, women's health care, and behavioral health care, as well as no-appointment-needed walk-in hours. Improving the health and lives of our patients is at the forefront of everything we do. We exist as a resource in the communities we serve, ensuring everyone has access to the health care they need. Each day our team addresses barriers that prevent people from receiving necessary care, including cost, location, transportation, and more. As a FTCA deemed facility and a certified Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH), we strive to provide our patients with the highest quality care, and are held to the highest standards in the industry. In addition to our physical clinic locations, FCHC utilizes a Mobile Clinic to bring our team to where they are needed most. This fully stocked exam-room-on-wheels gives us the ability to meet with homebound patients, bridge the gap for those struggling with transportation, and provide a large-scale vaccination and outreach resource in our community.
