Disability:IN

Disability:IN is a global nonprofit organization focused on advancing business disability inclusion. Founded in 2008 and based in Alexandria, VA, it aims to create an inclusive economy where people with disabilities can fully participate. The organization collaborates with a network of over 250-550 corporate partners and maintains alliances with various communities, including LGBTQ+, women, and people of color. Disability:IN offers a range of services to promote disability inclusion in businesses. These include advisory and consulting services, data and insights through tools like the Disability Index®, and learning and development programs such as the NextGen Talent Accelerator. The organization also hosts networking events, annual conferences, and regional councils to foster collaboration and share best practices. Additionally, it runs a Supplier Diversity Program to connect Disability-Owned Business Enterprises with large corporations, enhancing contract opportunities and promoting inclusive hiring practices.
