Corewell Health is a not-for-profit healthcare system based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Formed in 2022 from the merger of Spectrum Health and Beaumont Health, it operates 22 hospitals and over 300 outpatient locations, along with post-acute facilities and a provider-sponsored health plan, Priority Health, serving more than 1.2 million members. The organization employs around 64,000 people, including over 11,500 physicians and advanced practice providers, and more than 15,000 nurses. Led by CEO Tina Freese Decker, Corewell Health focuses on improving health through innovation, community partnerships, and health equity. Its comprehensive healthcare services include hospital care, outpatient services, health insurance coverage, medical research, and wellness programs.
