The company operates primarily in the B2B sector, supplying toy shops, retailers, and educational suppliers in over 100 countries. Bigjigs also launched a direct-to-consumer website in 2018. Its product offerings include beautifully illustrated jigsaw puzzles, popular train sets, role-play items, and outdoor toys, all emphasizing safety, durability, and learning through play.
