Addition Financial

Addition Financial Credit Union is a member-owned, not-for-profit financial cooperative based in Lake Mary, Florida. Founded in 1937 by educators, it now serves over 162,000 members across 24 counties in Florida, managing more than $2.6 billion in assets. The organization has expanded its membership beyond educators through various acquisitions and rebranded as Addition Financial in 2019. The credit union offers a range of financial services, including checking and savings accounts, credit cards, and various loans, supported by an AI-driven underwriting process. In 2024, it launched a digital banking platform for enhanced online access. Addition Financial also provides free financial education workshops and resources to help members manage their finances effectively. Community involvement is a key focus for Addition Financial. Through the Addition Financial Foundation, it supports education with scholarships and financial workshops. The credit union partners with local institutions, including UCF Knights and Seminole State College, and encourages employee volunteerism. With over 35 branches and a commitment to growth, Addition Financial is set to merge with Envision Credit Union, creating a larger financial institution.
