Francis Crick Institute

The Francis Crick Institute is Europe's largest biomedical research center, located in London. Established in 2010 and officially opened in 2016, it focuses on multidisciplinary discovery research to understand human biology and disease mechanisms. The institute emerged from discussions by the Medical Research Council about relocating the National Institute for Medical Research.
